Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Le site de Caligny, situé à 40 minutes au sud de Caen, récemment nominé “Vitrine du Futur”, est le site d’avant-garde du groupe Faurecia. Il compte plus de 1200 collaborateurs répartis entre l’usine de production, le centre mondial de Recherche et Développement des mécanismes de siège.

Rattaché au Human Resources Business Partner vous serez en charge de la partie Campus (alternants et stagiaires) pour l’animation, les recrutements et la gestion administrative.

Vous travaillerez sur des défis qui comptent

  • Lancement des campagnes de recensement de besoins (stages & alternances) auprès des Managers
  • Réalisation des recrutements des alternants et stagiaires
  • Suivi administratif des alternants et stagiaires (contrats, dossiers personnels.)
  • Participation aux forums de recrutement présentiels ET virtuels
  • Organisation des évènements d’intégration (Welcome day, Breakfast, afterworks) et animation de la communauté alternante/stagiaire

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Etudiant(e) Bac +4/5, formation universitaire option RH ou Ecole de commerce Spécialisation en RH/Management.
  • Autonomie et polyvalence
  • Organisation et rigueur
  • Bonne communication écrite & orale et bon relationnel
  • Bonne connaissance du pack Office
  • Anglais et Français opérationnel
  • Force de proposition (amélioration continue)
