Job Summary

We are looking for a communications professional to help us in delivering an omni channel communication strategy to engage our network of 30.000 alumni worldwide with their Alma Mater, Hult International Business School. This will entail planning/developing content and calendarizing communication across multiple channels. He/she will also have the opportunity to work in close coordination with colleagues from marketing and a wide variety of stakeholders to create an effective content strategy that identifies synergies between Hult.edu channels and targeted alumni channels.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring activity and devising metrics to measure impact. This team member will also be encouraged to bring ideas to the table on how to explore new channels (for example tik tok) or formats (video, podcast, etc.) to help engage younger segments of the alumni population.

He/she will be based in London and report into the Head of Alumni Experience & Communities (also based in London) and have a dotted line reporting into Global Director of PR (based in Boston).

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and launch of process related to sourcing, delivering and training on Alumni Stories.
  • Responsible, but not limited to, managing content for transitioning students to graduates, young alumni, executive segments, events promotion, volunteer engagement (clubs, committees, etc.), lifelong learning, career success stories and others as needed.
  • Coordinate targeted campaigns such as Alumni Stories, Fundraising, HultXHult, rankings, amongst others with marketing and other key stakeholders.
  • Create messaging strategies and ensures consistent communication to drive engagement across all channels.
  • Plan and manage communications with global alumni chapters in close coordination with enrolment colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Enrolment and Campus teams to ensure consistency in communication related to the Alumni Association in brochure, website, newsletter, etc.
  • Works with CRM system to manage alumni data and track KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in a marketing and/or community engagement role.
  • Proven experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Expertise in online marketing and social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others).
  • Microsoft office proficiency. Outstanding powerpoint, design and visualization skills.
  • Familiarity using Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, Canva, Formstack or similar.
