The Alumni & External Engagement team is a primary external-facing department within Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS). The team’s functions include Alumni Relations, Events, Development, Stewardship, and data management and communications related to these areas. It acts as the interface of the Business School with key external constituents creating engagement plans and strategies related to alumni, donors, corporate partners, and other critical stakeholders, to the benefit of the School. The role exists to ensure students and alumni are well connected to and educated about the alumni network, and that relationships with key alumni volunteers within their region of responsibility are maintained, strengthening the global CJBS community of advocates and ambassadors.

You should have a relevant qualification and/or appropriate work experience in the field of digital communications, particularly with email marketing campaigns. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communications skills, be a competent copy writer with attention to detail, and be experienced in the use of marketing automation software, Microsoft and Adobe software including Photoshop. Whilst not essential, experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics and ClickDimensions is highly desirable. The ability to work successfully in a team, to network and to provide a high level of service within the department and wider Business School is essential for this role.
