• have a master’s degree in English philology;
• have a doctoral degree in literary studies;
• have experience in teaching English language, history of English literature (particulary American literature);
• have at least 3 years of teaching experience working with adults;
• have peer-reviewed academic publications in the last 3 years on English literature.
