At Magnit, you’ll work with passionate colleagues who collaborate and deliver meaningful results that positively transform the largest companies around the globe.About the RoleUnder the guidance of the Senior Manager of Business Excellence, the Analyst provides support in designing and implementing process improvements that increase both quality and efficiency across the entire organization. The Analyst will work with various individuals across the organization to report on internal KPIs and to apply the principles of an efficiency model (i.e., Six/Lean Sigma, TQM, etc). The position will also direct preparation of project plans/timelines, calculate potential cost savings, perform ROI analysis, and develop and implement ad-hoc efficiency/qualitative solutions. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.What You Will Do· Represent Business Excellence to internal customers, delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service· Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, including increasing efficiency and closing quality gaps· Independently lead project discovery sessions, identifying scope, requirements and business implications· Serve as project lead on joint team projects, offering technical support and project guidance to Analysts on the team· Independently lead discovery sessions; identify scope, requirements and business implications· Build and execute project plans according to business needs and available resources· Design, develop and implement process solutions, leveraging technology [O365, Microsoft Power Platform, MicroStrategy, Python, etc.] as needed· Independently balance multiple, concurrently running projects, often with large financial impacts and high visibility to upper management· Enhance and share technical and procedural best practices across the organization· Develop and analyze performance metrics, KPIs, to develop dashboards to track long term performance of implemented solutions· Prepare and diligently audit weekly/monthly/quarterly operational analytics· Anticipate and identify risks related to process changes and propose mitigation strategies· Strategically advise functional leaders and drive execution of efficiency initiatives within the functional teamsWhat You Will Need· 3+ years’ work experience in analytics / metrics or business systems / operational role focused on leveraging a variety of technical skills for developing and implementing cross-functional solutions· Fluent in English at a professional level· Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas with all levels of management and staff· Strong organizational and time management skills· Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Excel, PowerBi, Power Automate, etc) and strong understanding with Python and best practices· Strong understanding of APIs and best practices· Strong data analysis skills and understanding of the basic concepts of problem solving and analytical techniques· Experience with the business process engineering project life cycle from the initial conceptual design stage through system testing and rollout· Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistenciesWhat Magnit will Offer YouAt Magnit, you’ll be joining an innovative, high-growth environment and can quickly make an impact to help transform the largest companies in the world.
