Position based in our London office.Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to provide insights into business drivers and performance trends.

Budgeting and Forecasting Support:

• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process by gathering financial data, preparing budget templates, and supporting the development of budget and forecast models.
• Collaborate with business units and departments to gather inputs and assumptions for budget and forecast development.

Reporting and Dashboard Development:

• Generate and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance and key insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to streamline reporting processes and enhance visibility into key performance metrics.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis by maintaining robust data governance processes and controls.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support decision-making and address business inquiries.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data, understand business drivers, and support decision-making.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw insights to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Ideally some exposure to the FMCG, consumer goods industry
