Within the Risk Integration & Assurance team, part of Danske Bank’s Group Risk Management organisation, we are integral to the bank’s compliance process. Our responsibilities include managing the Board of Director’s Credit Policy and overseeing day-to-day business procedures and various governance-related tasks.Our team, consisting of approximately 25 professionals, undertakes diverse governance duties. In this role, you will collaborate closely with one team member on the Group Recovery Plan & Resolution. Additionally, you will engage with multiple departments within Danske Bank to ensure a comprehensive approach to the Group Recovery Plan & Resolution, as well as liaise with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.As our new analyst for Group Recovery PlanningIn this role, you will contribute to maintaining a strong risk culture at Danske Bank, focusing on standard setting, follow-up and reporting. Your work will ensure the bank’s resilience and operational effectiveness across all levels.Your tasks include:

  • Development and maintenance of the Group Recovery Plan and Resolution Planning
  • Support and challenge of input from other parts of the organisation
  • Analytical work on key indicator dashboards
  • Stakeholder management internally at all organisational levels, as well as meetings with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority

  • Formal training in business, finance, or law, or a banking background supplemented with further theoretical training
  • A good understanding of risk and regulatory issues within the financial sector, with some experience in governance or compliance work
  • Professional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong and efficient communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is beneficial but not required
