These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunityYou will play a key role within the Globally Co-ordinated Compliance Technology Support team, supporting internal and external users, setting-up relevant applications to support collaboration and delivery, and managing business-as-usual support maintenance activities for over 500 global clients. You will provide essential first line support, ensuring that requests and issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver first line support via ServiceNow tickets, managing requests; troubleshooting issues; and maintaining communications with callers and other support teams to drive overall resolution.
  • Support application set-up and configuration activities as part of a broader team.
  • Complete User Acceptance Testing across a range of products/applications.
  • Maintain central data systems, working with global teams to gather updates and changes to legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Undertake quality assurance and standardization tasks to both meet and monitor global set-up requirements.
