WymaganiaRequired skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Higher education in engineering-technical, economic-business, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management and leading project teams (within professional experience or academic initiatives).
  • Experience in effective backlog management, prioritising tasks, organize work, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Advanced understanding of the development process and tools used for reporting, analysis and programming (such as MS Azure: Data Lake, Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Proficient knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Analytical thinking and planning skills, synthesise information for understanding of complex issues.
  • Ability to initiate contacts and meetings between teams and adjust the plan and method of meeting execution according to the project’s goal and characteristics.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain documentation and apply best practices.
  • Ability to work and coordinate cooperation on an international level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other languages (Polish, French, Italian, Spanish).
  • Familiarity with operational processes in contemporary logistics, especially within the CEP (Courier, Express, and Parcel) sector.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
