Job Responsibilities:

-Performs daily operational activities related to area of expertise, based on assignment by Team Leader and/ or GPO
-Support end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P process governance across entities
-Support P2P transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and contribute to process standardization focusing on best practices
-Assist in evaluating process effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities
-Prepares and executes process and systems training for existing employees/backfills as well as cross streams/departments trainings
-Supports implementation of P2P process improvement, including P2P Transformation Roadmap
-Maintains Knowledge Management tools in an efficient way- Easy Finance as well as making sure all documentation is up to date
-Provides support for: new systems/solutions implementation and ongoing tasks related to data analysis, requirements gathering, system/solution tests, as well as BPO AP partner support
-Perform review of root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
-Is responsible for review and/or preparation weekly/monthly analyses of KPIs/SLAs results
-Is responsible for access management for service provider
-Proactively identifies root cause analysis of repetitive problems, proposes actions to eliminate/reduce future issues in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders
Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

-University degree in Finance/Accounting
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes
-Experience in an SME, senior analyst, or process specialist role
-Very good language skills in English
-Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
-Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle and JD Edwards)
-Good understanding of AP accounting principles
-Good analytical skills
