About The Role
We are now looking to recruit Applicant Services Officer to join the team that are responsible for managing applications and for providing admissions advice and guidance to applicants, academic staff and other stakeholders. You will also work closely with academic colleagues and EU and International Agents. This post offers a great opportunity if you have excellent customer service skills, extensive administrative experience and excellent IT skills.
This is an interesting and varied role working within a fun and hardworking team.  The post holder will be expected to ensure that they effectively support the needs of applicants, staff and other stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, able to work proactively as a team as well as independently with a proven record of building and sustaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
We are looking to hear from candidates who also have the following skills/experience:

  • Extensive recent administration experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, and experience of working with a wide variety of computer systems and packages.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service and being service focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail and prioritise workload in a busy office in order to meet deadlines.
