Team and collaboration
Group Brand team is currently working on our new global brand platform roll out to support Nexans new positioning as “Sutainable Pure Player” and our multicultural teams all over the world. We are looking for our new graphic designer apprentice to promote our mission and brand DNA from corporate to products.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing design assets that promote Nexans brand across a variety of sales, marketing and communications channels. You will work closely with different teams based in France and worldwide to ensure that your designs align with our brand guidelines to support our brand positioning and business objectives.
You’ll be part of Communications working with Sales and Marketing teams.
On a daily basis, you’ll collaborate closely together with our Marketing and Brand Content Manager, with direct report to our Group Brand Director.
A large part of your mission we’ll allow you to initiate and suggest your creative vision of assets productions on various touchpoints. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated candidate to learn and upskill about how to roll out a global and local brand identity across 28 countries.
Responsibility and missions
- Create digital assets, including website graphics, landing pages, white papers, social media posts, and email templates
- Design and produce sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, infographics, white books and other visual materials
- Support external and internal communication production for press, websites, social medias, internal com, events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet business requirements and brand guidelines
- Manage design projects from branding brief to final delivery, including planning, design, revisions, and assets production
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your work
- Ensure global / local brand consistency for Sales, Marketing and Communications materials, internal and external communication, digital or print
- Develop global and local templates library with dedicated guidelines

- Creative thinker developing different types of assets
- Ability to manage deadlines and/or challenge a requested brief
- Agile, listening and open to introduce several propositions, adapt and suggest alternatives
- Great attention to the choice of photographs, wording positioning, consistency
- Managing Adobe creative Suite, motion design would be a “mega” plus
- International mindset, fluent in English with communication skills
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Some similar experience in graphic design for B2B or B2B2C brands would be a plus
