Vous recherchez un contrat d’apprentissage en région Ile de France à partir de septembre 2024 et souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et engagée des Consultants Techniques au service de nos clients ?

Alors rejoignez-nous pour une durée de 24 à 36 mois et formez-vous au Service Customer Experience HPE.

Notre division HPE Customer Experience accompagne les entreprises dans leur transformation digitale au travers de missions de conseil, d’intégration et de déploiement de solutions techniques.

Dans ce cadre nous souhaitons vous accueillir lors de votre contrat d’apprentissage dans notre bureau de Puteaux et vous faire participer à des projets novateurs principalement autour du Cloud et de l’automatisation.

Votre mission :

Dans une journée typique en tant qu’Apprenti Ingénieur Automatisation Infrastructure chez HPE Services :

• Vous avez des formations techniques
• Vous êtes coaché et encadré par un membre de l’équipe de consultants sur vos premiers projets
• Vous travaillez sur des projets d’équipe et sur vos propres projets
• Vous êtes, selon le besoin, en phase d’avant–vente, contribuant à des Réponses à Appel d’Offre ou sur des phases de réalisation, en immersion chez le client avec l’équipe projet.
• Vous interviendrez sur des projets de modernisation et de mise en œuvre IT.
• Et vous participerez à des projets de conseil et transformation.

Périmètre technique :

• Cloud et l’automatisation d’infrastructure
• Sur tout type d’infrastructure : serveurs HPE ou autres marques, stockage ou sauvegarde logicielle
• Principaux OS : Unix, Linux, Windows
• Solution de virtualisation (Solutions VMWare, Linux ou Microsoft)

Pour réussir votre mission, vous bénéficierez de formations techniques et serez suivi par un consultant expérimenté de HPE.

Votre profil :

• Etudiant en Master 1 d’ingénieur informatique avec de préférence une spécialisation système 
• Passionné par l’IT et motivé au quotidien
• Sens du service et du contact clients
• Esprit d’équipe
• Curieux, envie d’apprendre et de progresser
• Proactif et force de proposition
• Organisé, méthodique, qualités rédactionnelles pour faire de la documentation
• A l’aise en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
• Capacité à avoir une vision globale de solutions technologiques

Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur sites clients. Il est préférable que vous soyez véhiculé.
