APPRENTICEHSIP – Cybersecurity assoc infosec engineer

Within the TRD Engineering organization – the candidate trainee will work with our Travel Distribution (TRD) Engineering Security Office experts in application security, devsecops and compliance – and gain exposure and experience for Secure Development Lifecycle (Threat Modeling, SAST, SCA, DAST, pentesting, WAF/DDOS protection, etc) as well as PCIDSS, GDPR, ISO27k and DevSecOps activities to harden our products against hackers and ensure data privacy and compliance. There are also security whitehat engineers in each product line that the Security Office and the trainee will collaborate with to improve product security in a defense in depth approach. The Security Office also coordinates and helps investigate security incidents with others in the CISO organization (SOC/Regional Security Officers/dev teams) when they are related to TRD product lines. Additionally, the TRD Security Office has a mission to perform security audits/pentests for our global office footprint and regional datacenters and applications to ensure secure operations. For this Regional Security Mission, a new security tool is being developed in python to automate public attack surface automated discover and pentesting. So the trainee will also gain exposure to Azure cloud – and help support this Azure cloud native security tool/application.

As a trainee (in alternance) security engineer – you will be expected to have limited working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience, but to have a passion for security and protecting Amadeus products and data and a strong proactive approach to learning and participating in our team.

You will work within a small dedicated security core team, with extended responsibility and collaboration with our whitehats in all TRD product lines.
