Axens global offer is based on highly trained human resources, modern production facilities and an extended global network for industrial, technical supports & commercial services.Axens combines the friendliness of a company on a human scale and the influence of a multinational environment whose customers are spread over more than 85 countries.Axens is an IFP Group company.Context :Within the Human Resources and Internal Communication Department, and as part of the deployment of our global internal academy aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of our employees, we are looking for a Digital Learning Designer.In collaboration with the Digital Learning Manager of the academy, you will contribute to the creation of innovative digital training solutions for Axens. You will work in a stimulating environment where creativity and innovation are at the heart of our approach.Your main responsibilities:· Participate in the design and implementation of innovative educational solutions (blended learning, e-learning, Serious Game, Virtual Reality, Podcast),· Create digital learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Canva, Vyond,· Produce multimedia resources: video, interactive video, podcast, etc.,· Monitor deployment to users and produce training reports,· Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of the learning paths offered on our platform,· Administer the LMS platform.What we offer:· A collaborative and supportive work environment,· Opportunities for professional development and continuous training,· The chance to work on varied and innovative projects,· A company culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.Desired Profile:§ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital learning or learning design, you are looking for a 12-month apprenticeship.You are curious, meticulous, creative, and have excellent writing and communication skills. You are proficient in Articulate software and the tools necessary for producing digital modules.
