The alternant(e) will join the Air Liquide University team as the Digital Learning Program Coordinator.

Created in 2009, the Air Liquide University reinforces the cross-functional training offered to employees. The University has a dual training mission: to build cross-functional programs and to propose a common reference framework. Serving strategic priorities, it also contributes to the dissemination of the Group’s culture and the development of networks of managers and experts across countries and activities.

Digital learning is an integral piece of the learning strategy at Air Liquide. Air Liquide University (ALU) manages a diverse catalog of digital learnings available for all employees, most notably the Group’s onboarding modules and the #ILoveLearning program.

#ILoveLearning is a collection of digital, self-learnings available on-demand to all employees, via the Learning Management System. It is designed to help employees strengthen their leadership, business and soft skills. #ILoveLearning digital content is organized into LMS playlists by topic. There is a large digital marketing program in place to spread the word about this exciting offer and to increase utilization of the self-learning content. #ILoveLearning was launched in 2019 and currently serves a population of 20000 active learners, and the program has received very positive user feedback. The program will continue to be a big focus in the coming years.

Primary responsibility is to support Digital learning manager in delivering the digital projects and managing #ILoveLearning (self-learning) program, Onboarding programs (Discover, Launch-Technical onboarding and Digital workplace fundamentals) and the learning data projects:

Learning Content and Program Coordination

  • Content Curation: Utilize research, supplier meetings, and collaboration with internal experts to identify high-quality, engaging self-learning content (articles, videos, etc.) for the #ILoveLearning program.
  • Content Management: Assist in the selection, translation, and testing of learning content and playlists, collaborating effectively with a global network of 50+

contacts.

  • Program Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to increase user

engagement and utilization of the #ILoveLearning program.

  • Onboarding Specialist: Gain hands-on experience managing the Discover and

Launch onboarding programs, including potential involvement in custom

microlearning content creation.

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with external translation and content providers.

Digital & Data Management

  • Learning Analytics: Extract data from LMS platforms, track key performance

indicators (KPIs), and create data visualizations in Power BI to analyze learning

trends and program effectiveness.

  • Content Management System (eLearning Portal) Administration: Assist with the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Air Liquide University intranet and eLearning portal.
