Salary: GBP34-40,000

An established and highly respected architectural and design consultancy is seeking a qualified Architect to join its growing multidisciplinary team. With over 30 years of experience, the practice is recognised for delivering commercially astute, design-led solutions across a diverse portfolio that includes garden centres, farm shops, commercial, retail and rural development projects.

Responsibilities

* Leading and contributing to architectural design across all RIBA stages
* Preparing and coordinating planning applications and supporting documentation
* Producing detailed design and technical drawing packages
* Liaising closely with clients, consultants and local authorities
* Coordinating multidisciplinary design information to ensure cohesive project delivery
* Supporting junior team members where required
* Ensuring projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning policy

The Ideal Candidate

* ARB-registered Architect with experience in UK practice
* Strong design and technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach
* Experience delivering planning-led projects is highly desirable
* Proficient in AutoCAD and/or BIM software (Revit experience advantageous)
* Good working knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
