Architect
Location: Essex
Salary: GBP30-38,000
A progressive and fast-growing architectural practice based in Essex is looking to appoint a motivated and technically capable Architect to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities
* Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
* Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning submissions
* Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
* Coordinate information with external consultants and project stakeholders
* Assist in the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
* Support project administration and general studio duties
* Represent the practice at networking and industry events when required
Candidate Requirements
* ARB-registered Architect
* Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
* Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
* Proven experience delivering UK residential projects
* Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methodologies
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience using 3D software such as SketchUp or similar
* Solid understanding of the UK planning process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
