Job Title: Architect

Location: Durham
Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning chartered practice who have provide high quality architectural solutions for over 40 years. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to join their team and work on a range of projects across multiple sectors from inception to completion.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years post architectural technology degree completion within a UK practice. The successful individual will need a broad range of experience across various sectors and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
* Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice
* ARB registered
* Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
* Good experience across a range of sectors or sector specialist project knowledge
* Good experience in technical detailing for architectural projects
* Successful background of leading projects across all RIBA work stages
* Strong attention to detail
* Job running experience
* Excellent communication and technical skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
