My client is a leading architectural practice renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. I am looking to speak with experienced Architectural Assistant’s to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record of contributing to projects across various sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive and creative environment.

To be considered, you must have several years UK based experience.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Assistant:

* Relevant RIBA Part 1 and/or 2 degree with at least several years UK based experience.
* Collaborate with architects and designers on projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and cultural sectors.
* Assist in developing design concepts and translating them into technical drawings and documentation.
* Participate in client presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and ideas.
* Contribute to design development through research, material selection, and product sourcing.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budgets.
* Proven experience working as an Architectural Assistant across multiple sectors.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and quality.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
