This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established practice who provide their expertise to the residential and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their growing Liverpool studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
* Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
