Area Manager – Housing

London based with a balance of home and office working

£
45,633 – £48,035

37.5 hours per week

We have an opportunity for an Area Manager to join our Housing Operations team, based in London. As an Area Manager you will be responsible for the line management of Housing Officers and their Scheme Managers, supporting them to deliver excellent customer service in all aspects of Housing and Tenancy Management.

The role of
Area Manager – Housing will include:

-Manage the delivery of a high quality housing management service
-Lead on developing community projects to support a customer first approach
-Commitment to meeting target for compliances and KPI’s
-Support and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a customer first approach in all aspects of tenancy management
-Line management of staff
 

Skills and experiences:

-Proven experience of delivering high quality tenancy services
-Working knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice
-Proven experience of managing staff
-Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification is desirable
-Proficient in using housing management software
-Good negotiation and presentation skills
-Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
-Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving license is essential

45,633 per annum (rising to £48,035 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
