Your Impact

  • You will define and achieve sales objectives for the Non-Ag business, including UGAP, key accounts, fleet deals, and contractors
  • You will implement sales programs, marketing actions, demonstrations and brand tools to meet objectives
  • You will provide technical and commercial support to the sales teams of partner dealers to develop the Non-AG approach
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction through feedback analysis (e.g., NPS) and take corrective actions when necessary
  • You will develop and strengthen relationships with partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for final customers

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • BAC+2/+3 degree in agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering or a or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry, with a strong understanding of the dealer environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the expectations and needs of the agricultural sector
  • Good verbal and written English communication
  • High willingness to travel, more than 75%
