Job DescriptionJob Title: Artic Drivers x 2Ref No: VAC-25207Location: County Dublin (North)Salary/Hourly Rate: €18.50 p/h plus allowancesVacancy Type: Temporary Long TermFull/Part Time: Full TimeCompany Description:ISM Recruitment are now recruiting for two Artic Drivers on behalf of our client a well-established family run business located in North County Dublin. These excellent opportunities for drivers are now available to drivers with up to 1 years experience. The ideal person will need to be customer focused and flexible as two different shift times will need to be covered.. The work will involve bay to bay deliveries to retail distribution centres throughout Ireland.Reporting to Transport Manager you will be responsible for:The new driver will be report to the Transport Manager daily to ensure high levels of service are maintained and to support the driver in becoming an integral part of the Team
Ensuring your vehicle and trailer are checked prior to departure (Driver Walkaround)
Report any defaults.
Ensure trip sheet information is correct.
Driving to deliver customer products to delivery’s destinations and collections as required.
Securing loads in your trailer to ensure safe delivery to client’s customer base.
Deliveries will consist of bay to bay deliveries to some of Irelands Largest Retail Distribution centres.Candidate Requirements:Drivers will preferably have 1 years Artic experience with an established Irish/UK logistics provider
Full Clean Driving Licence (EC)
Valid Digital Taco-graph card
Valid CPC Card – Including New CPC Module completed after the 10th of September 2024
Good working track record
Excellent Knowledge of Irish Road NetworkSalary and Benefits:€18.50 per hour
Average 48-hour week
Daily Tax-Free Allowance
Paid Weekly
Only 30 Minutes deducted per day for lunch
Holiday & Bank Holiday Pay
10% Reduction off a range of ISM Training Courses (excluding driving lessons)
Canteen and staff facilities available onsite for drivers.

Drivers CPC Module Free Every Year!Hours of Work:Thursday to Sunday
Start Time Driver 1 : 07:00am – 19:00am
