Asbestos Dual Skilled Consultant

GBP39,000

In this field-based role, you’ll handle a blend of management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, along with air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal, background, and reassurance testing. You’ll be working across varied sites with support from a knowledgeable, driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct surveys in line with HSG:264
* Carry out air monitoring and 4-stage clearances
* Capture accurate data using mobile software
* Advise clients on asbestos safety and compliance
* Ensure all work meets health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

* BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
* Proven dual-skilled experience
* Knowledge of UK asbestos regulations
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and professional approach
