Asbestos Surveyor – Slough and Surrounding Areas

Salary: GBP35,000 – GBP40,000

About the Company: Family based asbestos consultancy based just outside of London, they’re UKAS accredited offering testing & inspection services nationally. A small team that strives to deliver to the highest standards. Now looking to grow and expand for recent contract acquisitions and growth

Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK’s top UKAS-accredited environmental consultancies, specializing in nationwide Asbestos Management services.

Key Responsibilities of an Asbestos Surveyor:

* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across a variety of properties.
* Collect bulk samples for analysis.
* Prepare and submit detailed survey reports promptly.
* Communicate effectively with clients, management, and tenants.
* Stay informed about health and safety regulations concerning asbestos.
* Always represent the company professionally.

Requirements of an Asbestos Surveyor:

* BOHS P402 certification.
* Full UK driving license with a readiness to travel.
* Flexibility regarding commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.
* Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of TEAMS systems.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
