Role Overview:
You will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys across commercial sites in South Manchester. The company is based in Burnley, and occasional travel with overnight stays may be required. All associated travel expenses are fully covered.

Key Requirements
BOHS P402 qualified

2-3 years’ experience in asbestos surveying

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and effectively

Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required

Full, clean UK driving licence

Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Primary Responsibilities
Conduct Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys in accordance with HSG264

Collect, document, and process samples accurately

Produce detailed reports using Alpha Tracker and Microsoft Teams

Provide asbestos risk and compliance advice to clients

Maintain a professional and client-focused presence in the field
