Asbestos Surveyor – Enfield, London

Up to GBP36,000 and No Domestic Work

Would you be interested in joining a dynamic, multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with over 15 years of experience in the UK and Northern Ireland? Our client is not only a licensed removals contractor but also holds UKAS accreditations in testing and inspection. We are currently seeking Asbestos Surveyors to join their inclusive team.

Over the next 24 months, our client requires additional resources to support their extensive commercial contracts nationwide. Location flexibility is available, so residing outside of Dartford is not a barrier.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

* Able to identify asbestos containing materials
* Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos
* Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written
* Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying
* Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set
* Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines.

Qualifications Required:

* BHOS P402 qualified (More qualifications are welcomed; they are hiring more senior roles as well)
* Between 1- and 4-years’ experience which will decide the range of salary.
* Full UK driving license
* Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Teams
