Key Responsibilities: x1F4DA;

* Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, primarily autism
* Assisting classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities
* Supporting students in developing social skills and independence
* Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child

Requirements: x2705;

* Previous experience working with children with SEN, preferably autism
* A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children’s learning and development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications in SEN or education, desirable but not essential
