The role:

In this position, you will work as part of a team of experienced colleagues to build hydraulic manifolds. Using technical drawings, a bill of materials, and assembly instructions, you will ensure that each manifold is correctly assembled and ready for the next testing phase.At Royal IHC, you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where your technical skills will be fully utilized and developed. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling and mounting hydraulic manifolds according to technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Working independently based on a structured planning and production process.
  • Inspecting and registering completed manifolds in the system.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues during the assembly process.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean workspace, always prioritizing safety and precision.

Your profile:
To qualify for the role of Assembler, you should have:

  • A technical background (MBO level or relevant work experience).
  • Experience in a technical role, preferably with hydraulic systems.
  • Manual dexterity and accuracy, with attention to detail and quality.
  • The ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • A strong affinity for technology and a proactive attitude.

Only candidates with a valid EU work visa will be considered.We offer:

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,345 and €4,182 + 8% holiday allowance (based on a full-time working week).

After your application, a CV screening will take place. If your profile aligns sufficiently, a brief telephone intake with the Corporate Recruiter will follow. If not, you will be informed via email. The selection process consists of two interview rounds. The first interview will be with the manager and a direct colleague. During the second interview, another manager and someone from HR will join. If everyone is enthusiastic, a phone call will follow to discuss the terms of employment.
