About Us:

Managing the data that underpins key decisions on housing management

In Kensington and Chelsea, we put local people and local businesses at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to provide quality services that are responsive, effective and efficient. Following the Grenfell tragedy we have brought our social housing stock under local authority control and are now making extensive investments to improve safety, security and quality of life for our residents. Having sound property-based asset intelligence data is critical to future decision-making.

The Role:

This is a vital role that underpins capital investment programmes, as well as compliance and regulatory returns. You will take the lead on the management of data, ensuring that asset information is managed and communicated efficiently. This will involve liaising closely with internal stakeholders, as well as providing leadership for our Asset Information Support Officers. As we continue to seek out new ways to use and share data, you can expect to be involved in the audit of existing processes, and the recommendation and implementation of new ones.
