About Us:

Support our users in recording consistent, compliant, high-quality housing asset data

In Kensington and Chelsea, we put local people and local businesses at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to provide quality services that are responsive, effective and efficient. Following the Grenfell tragedy we have brought our social housing stock under local authority control and are now making extensive investments to improve safety, security and quality of life for our residents. Having sound property-based asset intelligence data is critical to future decision-making.

The Role:

We need to ensure that everyone who works within housing management records all the data required for statutory compliance and wider management decision-making – and does so accurately and consistently. You’ll play a vital role in training and supporting stakeholders and will be the first point of contact for trouble-shooting data issues. You’ll also be involved in forecasts of planned works across the property portfolio as well as for budgeting requirements and programme development. This is a brand new role that offers genuine opportunities to grow and learn.

About You:

Knowledge of software such as Power Query, SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel and VBA is important, as is a good understanding of data integrity. Analytical and well-organised, with proven problem-solving skills, you’ll be able to work accurately and with attention to detail, often to tight deadlines. If you have experience of preparing and submitting reports to Central Government, so much the better.
