Job description

We are seeking a talented Asset Management Analyst to join our Asset Management & Letting – North Italy Team of Generali Real Estate S.p.A.The new joiner will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Identification and implementation of Real Estate development strategies
  • Preparation and finalization of business plans, cash flow, scenario simulations for individual assets, sensitivity analysis on portfolios or individual assets
  • Coordination of Project Management / Property Management / Agency activities
  • Coordination of rental activities for vacant spaces and/or renegotiation of leased spaces through the internal functions of Letting and external Real Estate brokerage companies
  • Reporting activities regarding the performance of the assets in the Portfolio
  • Monitoring of assigned performance targets
  • Support to the Accounting function regarding the accounting of costs and revenues of portfolios and the analysis of deviations between planned budgets and final budgets, acquiring, over time, more and more autonomy

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Economics
  • Master’s degree in Real Estate is a plus
  • 3-4 years of experience in related roles
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
  • Excellent use of the Office application package (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Teamwork and high adaptability
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Maintaining a positive approach to situations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different situations and approach
  • Proactive mindset and desire to learn
