What we’re looking for
We are looking for the individual with a strong customer focus with a deep understanding of the Maritime and/or Energy industry. As Asset Management Lead you will develop and deliver Asset Management solutions in the Maritime and Energy industries. Specifically, the role will develop and deliver LR Asset Management capability, resources, value propositions and the go-to-market strategy for the UKI and Europe region. You will identify client needs and ensure that the regional Asset Management Discipline has the capability to serve client need and will manage the delivery of regional Asset Management projects.

The role
Key responsibilities:

-•Develop client value propositions the Asset Management discipline to drive the go-to-market strategy across regions for the discipline
-•Build regional Asset Management capability (including third-party suppliers) to meet customer demand
-•Work with other Asset Management colleagues to build an Asset Management community of practice
-•Ensure quality delivery of Asset Management services and manage the pipeline of work and chargeable workload within the team to avoid excessive over/under utilisation of resources
-•Manage team members performance from a service delivery perspective, drive a high-performance culture consistently. Ensure that within the discipline, there are sufficient resources (both personnel and tools/software) to deliver the anticipated workload
-•Agree sales targets for the discipline and develop a strategy to ensure the Regional Advisory Lead is supported with the necessary expertise, materials and resources to achieve the sales targets.
-•Responsible for project cost control and management up to approx. £1-2MM per year in line with annual business planning
-•Accountable for developing, coaching and leading the Asset Management team within the region to cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with LR value and growth plans. Responsible for the technical development of individuals within the practice
-•Driving a culture of collaboration, team working, building knowledge sharing
-•Contribute to the creation and development of the overall business strategy, driving growth and innovation.
-•Develop and grow a successful pipeline of products and services by keeping current with changing trends while growing new markets and segments so that these are translated into sales at target margins
-•Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organisation
-•Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to demand generation, pipeline forecast trends, conversion rates, target account, market segmentation, Win/Loss, age
Key Health & Safety Responsibilities:

-Eliminate or minimise employee’s exposure to risks by reviewing, regularly, the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessment and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LR activities.
-Manage your own and your team’s compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.
-Monitor and review health and safety performance, observe safety behaviours in the workplace, taking appropriate corrective and preventative action as necessary and suggesting and implementing improvement activities.
What you bring

-Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification
-Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Maritime / Energy industry
-Deep technical experience in key Asset Management disciplines such as: Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM); Condition Based Maintenance (CBM); Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality analysis (FMECA); Spare Parts Management / Optimisation; Total Productive Maintenance (TPM);, Planned Maintenance Systems (PMSs); Asset Integrity Management; and technical integrity.
-Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing Asset Management projects to client satisfaction
-Strong experience of consultative selling of advisory services is vital
-Have a working knowledge of the Region, and particularly the Advisory market and competitors
-Proven ability in identifying market opportunities and design plans to capitalise them
-Track record of successfully supporting the sales of Advisory services to the Maritime / Energy industries. A detailed knowledge of the LR portfolio is preferred
-Experience in growing and leading teams, role modelling leadership behaviours, creating an inclusive culture and driving delivery through the teams
-Strong analytical mindset and skills to evaluate market trends and growth opportunities
-Able to influence multiple stakeholders, at all levels, both internally and externally and function within a matrixed organisation.
