We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Contract Manager in Facilities Maintenance. Based in the thriving Midlands area, this role offers a competitive salary of up to GBP55,000 and presents an exciting opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the management of facilities maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
* Utilise your technical background to oversee and evaluate maintenance activities, providing technical guidance to the team.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to address their needs and expectations effectively.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, using your experience or high-level knowledge to navigate and optimise contract performance.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Technical background with experience in facilities maintenance.
* Proven experience or high-level knowledge in managing PFI contracts.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
* Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
