PURPOSES OF THE EMPLOYMENT:

  • Provide support for the management of relationships with customers and suppliers, and for orders and invoicing of goods and services and their monitoring.

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Company by participating in communication (internal and external) and the organization of its activities.

DESCRIPTION OF SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES: NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST

  • Provide support for the management of customer orders (from order to delivery)

  • Open and manage customer accounts (Bill to, Ship to, update)

  • Open and manage supplier accounts (Bill to, Ship to, VAT, update)

  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers: inform, advise customers

  • Ensure tracking of parts delivery

  • Create and track invoicing:

  • Administer sales from order to payment by informing the customer;

  • Submit costs to customers

  • Bill maintenance contracts and services

  • Send invoices to each customer in accordance with customer requests (use of the customer portal, customer letters, etc.)

  • Manage the purchase of supplies for interventions, tools

  • Handle customer complaints and disputes:

  • Support the ADV manager in monitoring disputes with the AR team (customer accounts receivable)

  • Handle and track customer complaints to factories (incomplete shipments, incorrect parts, damages, etc.)

  • Facilitate internal exchanges:

  • Use internal communication tools and information documents

  • Write and distribute communication tools and internal information documents (reports, activity reports, etc.)

  • Participate in commercial and marketing actions:

  • Contribute to improving the Company’s image by participating in the promotion of the Company through commercial communication

  • Being a Siebel Facilitator:

  • Handle user requests and questions

  • Train new users and provide support for using the Udispatch iPad

  • Participate in the implementation of Siebel on GD

  • Translate materials into French for French-speaking users

  • Write user guides

  • Respect, promote, enforce the safety and quality rules of the Company

PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS :

  • Job reporting directly to the ADV Manager

  • Receives and transmits information to Service Managers

  • Receives and transmits information from the Sales team

  • Receives and transmits information to support services

GEOGRAPHICAL SECTOR – MOBILITY :

  • Place of activity: Moissy-Cramayel (77)

  • Mobility: Employment without travel with the exception of seminars or training

TRAINING – PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • The job requires knowledge of bac + 2/3 level in commercial action or accounting or equivalent

  • Professional experience 3 to 5 years in equivalent position

KNOWLEDGE – PROFESSIONAL SKILLS (Knowledge, Know-how)

  • Knowledge:

  • Mastery of administrative management and general operations of a business

  • Master’s degree in ADV

  • Expertise :

FOREIGN LANGUAGES

  • Good command of English: minimum level B2 required in writing and A2 in speaking (CEFR reference)

  • Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack).

  • Mastery of customer relationship management/CRM software (Salesforce, etc.)
