We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Assistant General Manager to lead a busy team in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting. Packed with all the character and charm you want from a proper country pub, offering melt-in-your-mouth seasonal dishes, a fantastic drinks selection and a great atmosphere

What you’ll do:

* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a visible floor presence
* Oversee both restaurant and bar operations, including cocktails and service flow
* Drive performance through training, coaching, and team incentives
* Manage bookings, budgets, forecasting, and labour control
* Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every day

What we’re looking for:

* Strong leadership with proven bar/restaurant management experience
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* A natural people-person who thrives in busy, dynamic environments
