Position: Assistant Head Teacher – SEN Specialism

Responsibilities:

* Oversee SEND policy implementation.
* Coordinate provision for children with SEN.
* Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
* Contribute to staff training and development.

Preferred Skills:

* Empathy, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with SEN and emotional/behavioural challenges.
* Strong interpersonal skills.

* QTS/PGCE equivalent.
