- Master’s degree in Japanese Studies
- Japanese language proficiency at N1 level (certified by the N1 the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test)
- At least one year of research internship at a Japanese university
- Knowledge of modern and contemporary Japanese prose, including women’s literature, queer literature and postmodern literature
- knowledge of modern and contemporary Japanese poetry
- publications, including at least one in a peer-reviewed academic journal from the ministerial list
- native knowledge of Polish
- Willingness to work in an academic environment, share experience and research results, and establish scientific cooperation;
- Impeccable ethical and professional attitude.
