- Conducting high-quality teaching activities;
- Organisational actions for the Faculty;
- Enhancement of academic teaching skills;
- Development of original course programs;
- Organization of the didactic process;
- Conducting scientific research – effective grant applications, publishing in highly-ranked international journals;
- Acquisition of funds for scientific research;
- Publication of research results in indexed journals and monographs;
- Improvement of research skills;
- Organisation of scientific conferences and seminars.
- Participation in the academic and organisational life within the Faculty of Social Sciences;
- Involvement in the work of the Department regarding new educational projects, consultation on study programs, readiness to take on tasks related to student affairs (student supervision, organisational work);
- Availability and full commitment to academic work.
RequirementsResearch Field Management sciences Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/Qualifications
- Possession of a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in the field of social sciences, specialising in management and quality science;
- Participation in the implementation of national and international grants (as a project leader and/or team member), serving as a project leader for grants obtained from external and/or international sources;
- Research interests in the field of social sciences;
- Minimum one year of experience in conducting teaching activities;
- Experience in preparing teaching materials and developing new educational programs;
- Experience in actively participating in international scientific conferences;
- Experience in disseminating research results;
- Experience in organising the didactic process (including implementing new educational programs);
- Willingness to conduct classes on weekends if needed;
- Fluency in both English and Polish, enabling teaching and independent writing of publications in these languages;
- Proficiency in computer skills and readiness to learn new applications;
- Declaration of employment at the SWPS University as the primary place of work.

- Scientific achievements – 50% of the final score
- Teaching achievements – 30% of the final score
- Organisational achievements – 20% of the final score
