Offer DescriptionI hereby announce a competition for the post of assistant professor, in the group of full-time teaching staff at the Fr. Bronisław Markiewicz National Academy of Applied Sciences in Jarosław. The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in the Law
on higher education and science of 20 July 2018. ( Journal of Laws of 2024, item. 1571 as amended).Job description/scope of duties:

• Conducting didactic classes,
• Conducting academic research;
• Preparation and implementation of research and commercial grants,
• Active participation in the academic, didactic and organisational work of the Department;
• Qualification requirements:

• Possession of a doctoral degree in the social sciences, in the discipline of psychology,
• experience in teaching students,
• academic achievement and professional experience in personality/social psychology
• List of required documents:

• declaration of joining the competition
• application addressed to the Rector,
• copy of diploma: MA, PhD/or certificate of completion of studies,
• Curriculum Vitae and personal questionnaire for the applicant for employment,
• declaration of no criminal record,
• consent clause for job applicants,
• list of scientific, didactic and organisational achievements,
• a declaration made by the candidate that the National Academy of Applied Sciences in Jaroslaw will be the primary place of work in the event of winning the competition.

Documents submitted to the competition drawn up in a foreign language ought to be translated into Polish by a sworn translator. In the case of obtaining a degree outside Poland, a document certifying the equivalence of the degree and title held with the Polish equivalent should be attached (if the issuance of such a document is provided for in the relevant legislation). A good knowledge of the Polish language is required.The deadline for submission of documents will be met provided they are received by the Academy by 02.06.2025 (Monday).
