• a doctoral degree in psychology or related disciplines (obtained no later than September 30, 2025) and a master’s degree in psychology
• teaching experience in one of the following areas: psychology of emotions and motivation or cognitive psychology or developmental psychology
• experience in active participation in scientific conferences is welcome
• a scientific output in the area of psychology of emotions and motivation or cognitive psychology or developmental psychology certified by publications in peer-reviewed journals is welcome.
• fluent knowledge of the Polish language
• willingness to teach on weekdays and/or weekends
• commitment to declare employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

Eligibility criteriaRequired documents:

• CV with a list of teaching, scientific and organizational achievements with direct reference to the eligibility criteria stated above
• a scan of the document confirming receipt of a master’s degree and a doctoral degree
• statements confirming knowledge of foreign languages at the required level

Formal criteria:

• academic achievements – 20% of the final assessment
• teaching achievements – 50% of the final assessment
• organizational and practical achievements – 30% of the final assessment

• successful candidates will be announced on: July 20, 2025
• date of commencement of work: October 1, 2025
