- possession of a doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of law
- specialization in substantive criminal law and criminal procedure
- fluency in English and Polish
- a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (conducting classes with students and preparing teaching materials)
- readiness to work on weekdays and weekends
- teaching experience and academic achievements in at least one of the following areas of the following areas: criminal law, criminal procedure
- experience in active participation in foreign scientific conferences
- possession of scientific achievements in the area of substantive criminal law or criminal procedure certified by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor
- declaration of employment at the SWPS University as the primary place of work

Eligibility criteriaRequired documents:
- CV with a list of scientific, teaching and organizational achievements (with direct reference to the qualification criteria given above), as well as including a description of other professional experience and interests
- a copy of documents certifying the attainment of a scientific degree
- a statement confirming knowledge of a foreign language at the required level
Formal criteria:
- scientific achievements – 40% of the final grade
- teaching achievements – 40% of the final grade
- organizational and practical achievements – 20% of the final grade
