• possession of a doctoral degree in the field of medical and health sciences in the discipline of physical culture sciences;
• scientific publications in the field of physical culture sciences and pedagogy, published in high-ranking journals (minimum 70 points) included in the classification of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, with a total Impact Factor score of at least 10;
• teaching experience in higher education of at least 5 years;
• experience in teaching subjects in the field of posture, health training methodology

and sports training; basics of physical education;

• experience in scientific research work;
• experience in European projects;
• knowledge of issues related to the quality of higher education;
• teaching in Polish;
• knowledge of a foreign language (English);
• industry professional certificates will be an added advantage.

• curriculum vitae (CV);
• the candidate’s personal data sheet;
• scans of the documents confirming the applicant’s education and qualifications;
• a list of the research and teaching achievements;
• a list of the research publications;
• a declaration on having full legal capacity;
• a declaration on non-criminal record for an intentional crime with a legally-binding decision of the court;
• a declaration on not having a record of disciplinary punishment which revoke the right to practice the profession of an academic teacher permanently or for a specified period;
• a declaration on the enjoyment of public rights;
• a declaration on consent to the processing of personal data included in the job application for the purposes of the recruitment process;
• a declaration stating that in the case of being selected for the position, Casimir Pulaski Radom University will be the applicant’s primary place of work.
• An undertaking to submit the statement referred to in Article 265(5) of the Law on higher education and science (a statement credited to the number “N” in the discipline of pedagogy.)

Selection processThe documents must be submitted to the Department of Philology and Pedagogy, Casimir Pulaski Radom University in Radom, Malczewskiego 20a Street, 26-600 Radom, Room 2, not later than 16.07.2025.
