A leading architectural firm specialising in the Industrial sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions across various sectors, including Distribution & Logistics, Energy & Waste, Transport, Manufacturing, Food & Drink, and Specialist Commercial Projects.

Candidates currently operating at a senior level with substantial UK experience, who are eager to progress to an Associate position, are encouraged . This role offers the chance to take on greater responsibility within a leading firm, contributing to significant projects across the UK and mainland Europe.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Associate (CIAT/ ARB)

* You will be an accomplished Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist who is already working at Associate level or looking to step up to this level.
* Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their aspirations and deliver tailored design solutions.
* Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of design and delivery.
* Foster and maintain strong client relationships, aiming for long-term partnerships built on trust.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise with industrial projects or relevant sectors.
* Excellent client management skills, with a track record of director-led project delivery.
* Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring project teams.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to unforeseen project developments, ensuring services remain cost-effective and aligned with client requirements.
