Expected start date is September 2025.The successful candidate is expected to actively participate in IQS SM research activity and to teach a variety of coursessuch as Human Resources Management, Organizational Theory, Organizational Behavior, Creativity, Leadership (new ways), in different programs (Bachelor, Master) in English and Spanish. It includes the participation in designing new programs.This is a search for a tenure-ladder position, with the academic rank to be determined according to the experience and productivity of the candidate.The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant, collaborative and friendly environment within one of the most traditional research centres in Barcelona. Our School belongs to the selected group of AACSB accredited business schools in Spain.The selection process will take into account the candidate’s fulfilment of the following criteria:

  • A PhD in Human Resources or a related field. Candidates who do not yet have a PhD in Human Resources or a related field, but who expect to shortly complete this degree, may be considered.
  • A strong commitment to research in Human Resources Management, Organizational Theory, Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Publications in International Journals are expected.
  • A commitment to high quality teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
