You will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to design and implement innovative solutions.
Our goal as PwC’s Customer Transformation team is to be the trusted partner for our clients, helping them tackle challenges to become more customer-centric and digital, from strategy to execution. PwC assists leading companies in the commercial sector in this area globally. Examples of projects you could be involved with include:Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales, pricing, and service functions;Creating a sales and service transformation strategy aligned with the business strategy;Developing and implementing a digital strategy to create a new way of working in the front office;Enhancing pricing and/or promotional insights and optimizing pricing and/or promotional efficiency and effectiveness through harmonization and digitization;Developing and implementing the governance and operating model of a sales and service organization;Optimizing service models with trends like AI and hyper-personalization.Does this describe you?You are an analytical and creative talent who wants to develop in the commercial sector; think of industries such as Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Industrial Products, Energy, Utilities, Media, and Telecom.Like your colleagues at PwC, you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and combine a sharp mind with good communication skills.You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.You have completed a master’s degree (WO), preferably in a financial/economic, business administration, or technical field of study.You have outstanding academic results and/or extracurricular activities on your resume.You enjoy using your analytical skills to analyze issues and come up with creative solutions and new insights for clients.You excel in your interpersonal skills; you are a team player who can build relationships with both clients and colleagues.
