Randstad is working with a boutique landscape architecture and master-planning design consultancy in the search for an Associate Director of Landscape Architecture to join the team in London, UK or Dubai, UAE. With a focus on large-scale hospitality projects, this role demands a creative individual with a passion for conceptual design and a track record of success in international ventures.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the conceptualisation and execution of landscape architecture projects, focusing on large-scale hospitality developments.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with architectural vision.
* Liaise directly with clients (Architects and end user clients i.e Developers) and ensure quality service is provided on all projects
* Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, pushing the boundaries of design excellence
* Oversee and assist with preparation of design reports to support landscape submissions
* Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
* 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture and urban design
* Strong conceptual design skills and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a deep understanding of hospitality environments
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
