The Associate Marketing Planning and Performance Manager will drive marketing effectiveness by overseeing local planning processes, managing budgets, and leading the audience insights strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee France-Iberia marketing planning in collaboration with the Marketing team, managing budgets, addressing discrepancies, ensuring a streamlined planning process, and providing support for relevant tools.

  • Manage theplanning system (called MRM), supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure compliance with Global and Western Europe data requirements.

  • Lead marketing performance management for France-Iberia throughAfter-ActionReview coordination.

  • Serve as the Business Unitlead for audience insights and research, monitoring market trends and directing ad-hoc research initiatives.

  • Analyze data, derive actionable insights, and clearly present key findings frominternalmonitoring tools(ACT, BEAT, MDS, CGTmonitoring brand health, Consumer Sales, Active Consumer Base).

  • Coordinate customer preview events.

  • Leadmarketing team meetings to foster collaborationamong the team.

The France-Iberia Marketing Team crafts global marketing priorities for local execution, covering PRandevents, Brand management, Digital Media, Trade marketing, and Marketing planningandperformance.

Do you have what it takes ?

  • Several years of experience in an FMCG company withdemonstratedexpertisein marketing planning, budget oversight, and developing insights-driven narratives.

  • Strong communicationskills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Focused and adaptable, capable of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Identifyareas for improvement and proactively propose actions to enhance and strengthen processes.

  • Attention to detail, with excellent analytical and synthesis abilities. Skilled atanticipatingneeds and setting clear milestones.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and advanced Excel.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience applying consumer and shopper research, confident using reporting tools, and a dedicated approach to learning.

  • Proficiencyin English is essential (minimum C1 level), as well asproficiencyin either Spanish (if based in Madrid) or French (if based in Paris).
