Then we want to hear from you!As we are experiencing an increasingly high demand for our offering and services, we are now ready to onboard new reward consultants to join our great team.Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in Denmark and subsidiaries of large multinationals. You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Compensation & Benefits Leaders and their teams. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCandidates will be required to:

  • Perform account management for smaller/local clients and support senior relationship managers on large multinational clients
  • Co-responsibility for relationship management, sales and client deliveries to larger Danish HQ-ed multinationals
  • Support senior consultants in the reward space including workforce, rewards & benefits, job grading, career frameworks and mobility
  • Provide advise on local reward structures & concepts for our clients
  • Support and participate in the execution of client events
  • Support with analysis and presentations based on Mercer databases

  • Fast learner – with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders
  • Detail oriented with a high personal ambition to always ensure high-quality deliveries
  • Fluent Danish and English.

  • Commercial mind-set & international outlook;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience from other consultancies and/or 2 years of experience from an HR function in a large company, preferably with touchpoints towards Compensation & Benefits
  • A relevant education on Master level, with focus on HR/Reward related issues, statistics, analytics, economics, or finance
  • Process development or project management experience
