You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Compensation & Benefits Leaders and their teams. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCandidates will be required to:

• Perform account management for smaller/local clients and support senior relationship managers on large multinational clients
• Co-responsibility for relationship management, sales and client deliveries to larger Danish HQ-ed multinationals
• Support senior consultants in the reward space including workforce, rewards & benefits, job grading, career frameworks and mobility
• Provide advise on local reward structures & concepts for our clients
• Support and participate in the execution of client events
• Support with analysis and presentations based on Mercer databases

• Genuinely interested in HR strategy and the Compensation & Benefit space
• Fast learner – with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills –effective, solution orientated and positive
• Passion for data – transforming key data findings into recommendations and advice

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders
• Detail oriented with a high personal ambition to always ensure high-quality deliveries
• Fluent Danish and English.

• Commercial mind-set & international outlook;
• A minimum of 2 years of experience from other consultancies and/or 2 years of experience from an HR function in a large company, preferably with touchpoints towards Compensation & Benefits
• A relevant education on Master level, with focus on HR/Reward related issues, statistics, analytics, economics, or finance
• Process development or project management experience
